Each year more than 25,000 kids age out of foster care and are left to fend for themselves. The Orphan Foundation of America awards $15 million annually in funding to thousands of foster youth across the country who attend college and specialized training programs. OFA asked us to shoot, edit and produce a series of videos, sharing the students stories and making a call to action to support the scholarship fund.

Auston Higgins suffered a lifetime of heartache. Growing up with a mother with mental illness, he was sent to live with his grandparents. He had a special bond with them and one by one, they each died.

In an out of the foster care system, finally aging out, he’s on his own now but one things for sure, he wants a college education. With your help, he can do it. Auston needs a scholarship and The Orphan Foundation of America need you to help make it happen.
